A 22-year-old woman was killed after being struck in a traffic collision on North State Street in San Bernardino on Thursday evening, October 16, 2025.
According to the San Bernardino Police Department, officers responded to the 4000 block of North State Street at around 6:38 p.m. following reports of a crash involving a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, identified as Sarah S. of San Bernardino, was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased at 10:34 p.m.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
