According to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, a traffic collision caused two people to be injured on the outskirts of Murrieta City limits Wednesday morning, October 26, 2022.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at 9:21 a.m. in the 38000 block of Sky Canyon Drive in French Valley.
When they arrived, one person was discovered by the fire crews working the scene and found trapped within the debris.
Both victims of the collision were transported by ground ambulance to local hospitals.
According to officials from the fire department, one person sustained moderate injuries, while the other sustained minor injuries.
There were no reports of any other injuries. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
