[11-26-2021] San Diego County, CA – Bicyclist Killed After a Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash in Otay Mesa

An unidentified 40-year-old man was killed following a deadly hit-and-run bicycle crash in Otay Mesa on Thursday morning, November 26, 2021.

The deadly crash transpired at approximately 11:30 a.m. at Norstad Street near the Silver Wing Recreation Center in Otay Mesa.

Authorities were called to the area and found the bicyclist seriously injured on the street, lying next to his bicycle.

The driver that struck the bicyclist was nowhere to be found. Police suspect that the vehicle may have been an older model Chevrolet Suburban Tahoe. They also suspect that the crash may have been intentional.
