[12-02-2022] Hit-And-Run Driver Sought After Killing Pedestrian on Vermont AvenueThe police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who struck a pedestrian in Los Angeles early Friday morning, December 2, 2022.

Authorities reported that the deadly collision transpired around 3:00 a.m. on Vermont Avenue, north of Venice Boulevard.

Police suspect the driver of a silver Mercedes C Class four-door sedan was heading northbound on Vermont Avenue when he struck the pedestrian.

The Mercedes Benz driver immediately fled without identifying himself or offering aid to the victim.

Paramedics rushed the pedestrian to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Three days later, the victim died.
