[12-06-2022] One Teenager Killed, Three More Hospitalized in Single Car Crash in WestminsterOne teenager was killed and three more were injured in a single-vehicle crash in Westminster on Tuesday evening, December 06, 2022.

According to the Westminster Police Department, the deadly crash occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m. near Westminster Boulevard and Rancho Road.

18-year-old Jayda F. from Huntington Beach was in the front passenger seat when the car she was riding struck the concrete barricades enclosing a work zone, landing on top of it over an exposed construction trench.

The male driver, 18, and two female passengers, 16 and 17, were transported to nearby hospitals for sustaining serious injuries. There is no update on their current condition.

Authorities are currently looking into whether or not drugs or alcohol were a part of this collision, awaiting the result of toxicology tests in the process.
