A multi-vehicle crash involving five vehicles injured a 66-year-old driver in San Diego on Wednesday night, December 14, 2022.
The crash reportedly transpired around 10:30 p.m. near the 3600 block of El Cajon Boulevard.
According to authorities, the 66-year-old male driver was heading eastward in his Toyota Camry at 70 to 80 mph and collided with a 44-year-old woman driving a Mitsubishi Galant ES.

As a result, the parked vehicle that was struck caused damage to two other parked automobiles.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene and found the Camry driver had sustained a left and fractured right femur and severe facial lacerations. He was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver was not believed to be under the influence of alcohol.
Meanwhile, the Galant driver and occupants were not hurt in the crash.
Investigations on the collision are ongoing.
