[12-17-2022] 3-Year-Old Killed After Being Struck by Car on Goodman StreetA 3-year-old child was killed after being hit by a car driven by a 61-year-old relative in Riverside on Saturday morning, December 17, 2022.

According to reports, the crash occurred around 9:40 a.m. in the 4100 block of Goodman Street.

The driver made a U-turn heading north on Goodman when the toddler ran from his house into the road and was hit.

The victim was taken to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. His identity and the name of the driver were not immediately known.

Authorities state that the driver was uninjured and cooperated with the investigation.
