[12-18-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Two People Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Collision in Van Nuys

Two people were injured and hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision in Los Angeles on Sunday morning, December 18, 2022.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash occurred at 10:47 a.m. at Vanowen Street and Woodley Avenue in the Van Nuys neighborhood.

Responders from the Los Angeles City Fire Department arrived at the scene and found one of the cars slammed against a wall and into a traffic signal pole on the 6800 block of North Woodley.

Two individuals sustained major injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital. One of them was thought to have suffered fatal wounds.

The investigation by the LAPD Valley Traffic Division into the cause of the collision continues.
