In California, personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits are most frequently brought about by automobile accidents.

Even though they are all very similar, each claim has a distinct set of circumstances. A California auto accident attorney should thoroughly investigate each of these accidents.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration pegs the number of car accidents in the United States yearly at 5 to 6 million. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that more than three million Americans annually suffer injuries in auto accidents.

3,304 Californians died in auto accidents in 2017, according to the NHTSA.
DUI, speeding, and distracted driving are all risk factors for two-car collisions.
