[12-20-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Collision in West Adams Hospitalizes One Person

At least one person was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision in Los Angeles, West Adams neighborhood, on Tuesday morning, December 20, 2022.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 10:35 a.m. along the Santa Monica (10) Freeway near La Brea Avenue.

It was not clear how many vehicles were involved, but the crash resulted in the closure of the highway’s westbound lanes until late Tuesday morning when crews cleared the site.

One person was attended by paramedics for sustaining injuries and taken to a hospital. Their identity and current condition are not known.

The investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
