[09-23-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – DUI Vehicle Crash Leaves Three Children Severely Injured on Alamo Ranch

Three people, ages 6, 12, and 16, suffered severe injuries after a DUI vehicle crash on Alamo Ranch on Friday, September 23, 2022.

The mishap occurred around 7 p.m. in the 11100 block of Alamo Ranch.

According to San Antonio police, a driver has been charged with intoxication assault on the city’s far west side that sent his three children to the hospital.

The car collided with a concrete barrier because the driver failed to turn right.

According to police, a 6-year-old child suffered a broken femur and arm.

According to officials, the other two passengers, aged 16 and 12, were taken to the hospital immediately after suffering severe injuries.

The 38-year-old driver admitted to police that he had consumed alcohol before the collision.

The suspect was detained for DWI with a child, assault while intoxicated, and unauthorized weapon carrying. Investigators claim there were no other vehicles involved in the collision.
