A hit-and-run collision claimed the life of a pedestrian in Long Beach on Tuesday morning, February 14, 2023.
Reports stated that the deadly crash transpired around 9:15 a.m. at Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Avenue.
Authorities were notified of the collision and discovered the victim suffered life-threatening injuries.
Responders were called and determined that the victim had died at the scene.
There was no vehicle left on the scene.
The victim’s identity has not been revealed. While an investigation was underway, traffic was diverted away from the area.
