[09-03-2025] San Bernardino County, CA โ€“ Pedestrian Killed in Vehicle Collision on Green Tree Boulevard Near Third Avenue in Victorville

A man in his 30s was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Green Tree Boulevard near Third Avenue in Victorville on Wednesday night, September 3, 2025.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriffโ€™s Office, the collision was reported around 8:26 p.m. on Green Tree Boulevard near Third Avenue.

Emergency responders found the pedestrian lying in the westbound lanes and performed CPR before he was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Authorities reported that a white BMW with significant front-end damage was located several feet from the point of impact. The vehicle remained in the westbound lanes, and the male driver was cleared to leave after a blood draw conducted by a law enforcement phlebotomist.

Sheriffโ€™s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez said the vehicle was traveling west on Green Tree Boulevard when it struck the pedestrian. DUI is not believed to be a factor in the collision.

Green Tree Boulevard was closed between First and Second Avenue to allow for the ongoing investigation. The identity of the deceased has not been released.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
