How DUI Accident Victim Lawyers Can Help

DUI accidents involving e-bike riders can cause serious harm, including broken bones and facial injuries, because riders have little protection in a collision. Those hurt in a crash like this may benefit from legal guidance to understand their rights and the options available to them.

DUI accident victim lawyers can follow the police investigation and any criminal case, review medical records that document the rider’s injuries, and look into which insurance policies may apply. They can also help pursue compensation for medical bills, future treatment, lost income, pain and suffering, and other losses where applicable.
