How DUI Accident Victim Lawyers Can Help

DUI accidents involving a semi-truck can lead to severe or even fatal injuries. Victims of these crashes may find it helpful to speak with an attorney about their rights and the choices open to them.

DUI accident victim lawyers may look into the events leading up to the collision, gather police reports and other evidence, and work to establish liability among all parties involved, including the drivers and, when relevant, the trucking company. They can also help injured people seek compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other losses where applicable.
