[04-06-2022] Riverside County, CA – One Person Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash in Winchester

According to the California Highway Patrol, a rollover crash took place at Winchester and Scott roads on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the accident happened shortly after 11:00 a.m. near the intersection of Winchester and Scott roads in Winchester.

A vehicle rolled over in Winchester, seriously injuring one person.

According to initial reports, the collision involved two vehicles.

According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, emergency medical personnel were dispatched, and one person had to be extricated from the rolled vehicle.

The victim was transported by ground ambulance with serious injuries, according to the agency.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
