Two children were hurt after a traffic collision involving a suspected drunk driver in Fontana on Saturday evening, April 30, 2022.

[04-30-2022] San Bernardino County, CA - Two Children Hurt After a DUI Crash in FontanaThe collision transpired at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the area of Etiwanda Avenue and Santa Ana Avenue in Fontana.

A southbound grey Toyota Camry traveled on Etiwanda Avenue when it veered into the northbound lanes and crashed into a stopped vehicle near Santa Ana Avenue.

Two children inside the Toyota were not properly restrained and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. They were taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The Toyota driver was later arrested for DUI-related charges and child endangerment. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
