[05-10-2022] Los Angeles County, CA – One Person Hurt After a Rollover Crash in Newhall

At least one person was hurt following a rollover crash in Newhall on Tuesday afternoon, May 10, 2022.

According to the initial reports from the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at approximately 1:20 p.m. on the 14 Freeway in Newhall.

One vehicle was traveling at high speeds when it collided with a semi-truck traveling in the slow lane. The vehicle then veered off to the dirt road and went to the right shoulder, where it rolled over multiple times.

The driver of the vehicle sustained unspecified injuries in the mishap and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

The semi-truck driver was uninjured. He remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with officials. The identities of the involved parties have not been disclosed.
