[07-05-2022] San Diego County, CA – 25-Year-Old Man Killed, Another Injured in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on 28th Street

According to the authorities, a 25-year-old man identified as Frederick W. died in a two-vehicle collision in San Diego on Tuesday night, July 5, 2022.

The crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. on 28th Street, close to Imperial Avenue.

According to early reports, Williams was riding a motorcycle at high speed when it slammed into a pickup truck on 28th Street after running a red light.

The rider was knocked off his bike as a result of the collision.

He was taken by emergency personnel to a hospital and later pronounced dead.

The pickup truck driver suffered minor injuries but did not need hospitalization.

There are no other details available.

The crash remains under investigation.
