Elaine Rodriguez, Esq.

Elaine Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney at Arash Law, where she represents individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, premises liability incidents, and other personal injury matters. She is dedicated to advocating for clients and helping them navigate the legal process during some of the most difficult times in their lives.

Ms. Rodriguez earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. During law school, she volunteered with the Community Legal Aid SoCal Eviction Clinic, where she assisted individuals and families navigating the eviction process.

While still in her second year of law school, Ms. Rodriguez began working in civil litigation, where she gained experience handling a broad range of legal matters. That experience helped develop her litigation, legal writing, and client advocacy skills, which ultimately made her a strong fit for her role at Arash Law.

Ms. Rodriguez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. Before pursuing law school, she worked as a paralegal at an immigration law firm, where she gained valuable experience assisting clients through the immigration process. She is also a proud member of the Latina Lawyers Bar Association.

Ms. Rodriguez is passionate about providing compassionate and effective representation to her clients and remains committed to pursuing favorable outcomes for those she serves.
