Nicole Guillen, Esq.

Nicole Guillen is a Trial Attorney from Arash Law, founded by Arash Khorsandi, Esq., who focuses her practice on helping people injured in preventable accidents. She regularly represents the rights of people who have been hurt in car accidents, slip & fall accidents, and other motor vehicle accidents.

Nicole has dedicated her professional life to working with people who have been wrongfully injured and strives to obtain the highest possible settlement or award in each case she handles.

Prior to law school, Ms. Guillen worked at a prominent immigration firm that obtained work visas and legal status for members of the community. She then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree in May 2018. Nicole interned at the Orange County and Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office during law school as a CA Certified Law Clerk. She conducted preliminary hearings, researched and prepared case memoranda, and engaged in various tasks related to trial preparation.

After law school, Nicole secured a post-graduate fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates, during which she worked closely with the Honorable Judge Frederick Shaller and other members of the bench. It was her experience during this fellowship that Nicole discovered her passion for representing the rights of the injured and decided to pursue a career as a personal injury attorney.

Nicole is fluent in Spanish and volunteers with the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic and Public Law Center Citizenship Fairs. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, seeing art exhibits, and exploring restaurants throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding areas in her free time.
