[10-09-2020] Los Angeles, CA – One Person Killed After a Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Irwindale

An unidentified motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a vehicle in Irwindale on Friday afternoon, October 9.

The deadly crash occurred on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway at approximately 2:40 p.m. A motorcyclist collided with an unspecified vehicle on the freeway for unclear reasons. The type of vehicle that hit the motorcyclist has not been specified at the moment.

One witness claims that a big rig hit the victim while another local said a white Tesla was responsible for the crash. The motorcycle rider sustained injuries from the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Four eastbound lanes of the highway were closed down to give way for the cleanup and investigation. It was later reopened at 6:10 p.m.
