[12-24-2020] Sonoma County, CA – One Person Was Hurt After a Pedestrian Accident in Santa Rosa

An unidentified pedestrian was seriously injured after getting hit by a vehicle at the intersection in Santa Rosa on Thursday morning, December 24.

According to the local authorities’ initial reports, the accident took place in Hearne Avenue and Arrowhead Drive at around 7:00 a.m.

A red Mitsubishi Mirage sedan struck the victim on the roadway. The driver initially left the scene but later returned and cooperated with local authorities. Emergency personnel found the pedestrian lying on the roadway. He sustained life-threatening injuries from the accident and was rushed to an area hospital.
