According to authorities, the crash occurred around 6:10 p.m. in the 100 block of South Beaudry Avenue.
Reports revealed that \firefighters used hydraulic tools to release two women stuck inside one vehicle and between the ages of 22 and 40.
Both women were transported to a trauma center in critical condition.
Meanwhile, a third patient, who was in fair condition, declined hospitalization.
