[03-25-2023] San Diego County, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash Along Scripps Poway Parkway Left One Person Hospitalized

One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash occurred along Scripps Poway Parkway, San Diego, on a Saturday morning, March 25, 2023.

According to the San Diego Police Department, the collision happened around 7:14 a.m. between Scripps Poway Parkway and Scripps Summit Drive.

One SUV driver ran the red light when it struck another vehicle exiting from Scripps Summit Dr.

The undisclosed victim sustained severe injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital. The SUV driver was left unharmed.

Authorities closed the area off to investigate the collision.
