[04-20-2026] Sacramento County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Crash Involving Vehicle in Citrus Heights

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a vehicle in Citrus Heights on Monday morning, April 20, 2026.

According to the Citrus Heights Police Department, officers responded around 11:30 a.m. to southbound Van Maren Lane, just south of Auburn Boulevard. The motorcyclist died as a result of the incident.

The driver of the car remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. Police stated that alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the collision.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
