Los Angeles County Car Accident Lawyers
In the majority of cases involving auto accidents, legal negligence is used. In contrast, your California reckless driving accident lawyer will work to establish intentional behavior or “negligence per se” to demonstrate that the other driver was at fault in the collision. A higher risk of certain outcomes is associated with intentional behavior, such as driving while intoxicated or high.
A pedestrian, passenger, or other road user who is hurt may be able to establish negligence per se liability since the California Vehicle Code prohibits reckless driving and negligence per se involves breaking the law. A solid claim requires the education and experience of a determined California reckless driving accident lawyer in either scenario.
