[11-07-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – 35-Year-Old Scooter Rider Killed Following Hit-and-Run Collision in Silver Lake

A 35-year-old scooter rider was killed following a hit-and-run collision in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, early Tuesday morning, November 7, 2023.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the fatal collision happened around 1:11 a.m. along Sunset Boulevard, west of Edgecliff Drive.

The man was on a motorized scooter when he was reportedly struck by a gray van, which fled the scene.

The victim was found lying on the street and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he eventually succumbed to his injuries.
