[11-15-2021] Riverside County, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Murrieta Kills One

A 36-year-old man identified as Darron K. was killed after a deadly pedestrian crash on a busy road in Murrieta on early Monday morning, November 15, 2021.

[11-15-2021] Riverside County, CA - Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Murrieta Kills OneThe deadly crash happened at approximately 5:00 a.m. in the 25000 block of Jefferson Avenue, just north of Guava Street.

A northbound white pickup truck was traveling on Jefferson Avenue when, for unclear reasons, he struck the pedestrian that was walking on the #3 lane in Jefferson.

The pedestrian was fatally injured in the mishap. Emergency personnel later arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian lying in the roadway.

Unfortunately, despite the life-saving measures performed by the emergency personnel, the man later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the pickup truck driver was uninjured in the crash. He remained at the scene and willingly cooperated with authorities.
