[11-20-2022] Four People Injured, Two Critical, in Los Olivos Head-On CollisionAuthorities reported that four people were injured, two of which were critical, after a head-on collision in Los Olivos on Sunday evening, November 20, 2022.

According to Fire Capt. Scott Safechuck of the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the crash between two vehicles occurred before 6:30 p.m. at Foxen Canyon Road and Highway 154.

Two women reportedly sustained serious injuries and had to be extricated from the wreckage.

One was flown to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital by a county helicopter, while the other was transported to Marian Regional Medical Center by American Medical Response ambulance.

Two men also sustained minor injuries, and one was transported to Marian.

There was no information about the victim’s identification and condition, and the nature of the collision.

The California Highway Patrol was looking into the crash.
