[12-25-2022] Santa Clara County, CA – Pedestrian Found Dead Following Hit-And-Run Crash in San Jose

An unidentified pedestrian was killed following a hit-and-run crash in San Jose on Sunday morning, December 25, 2022.

Reports confirmed that the crash transpired around 9:40 a.m. near South Bascom and Fruitdale avenues.

Authorities discovered the victim in a Valley Medical Center parking structure who was dead at the scene.

A spokesman first reported the situation as police activity approximately a half-mile north near South Bascom and Moorpark avenues, but there was no threat to public safety.
