Two people died after a small plane crash in Solano County on Thursday morning, June 8, 2023.
The Rio Vista Police Department said the incident occurred at 11:46 a.m., east of the Rio Vista Airport.
According to the report, personnel observed a plane circling in an unusual manner and signaling to ground crews.
A small-engine aircraft was subsequently found, and both occupants were declared deceased.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
