Two people sustained minor injuries after a two-vehicle traffic collision in Downtown Redding on Wednesday morning, September 30.
The collision transpired at around 9:00 a.m. at the intersection of Shasta and North Market Streets. One driver reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and slammed right into a California Highway Patrol car. Both the driver of the vehicle and the CHP car driver sustained minor injuries from the crash.
How the collision occurred, and the reason why it happened has not been established. Additional details about the accident are not available at the moment.
