[03-11-2024] Los Angeles County, CA – Scooter Rider Killed After Being Struck By Hit-And-Run Vehicle in Harbor

A scooter rider was killed after being struck by a hit-and-run vehicle in Harbor, Los Angeles, on Monday evening, March 11, 2024.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision happened around 10:20 p.m. at Pacific Coast Highway near Vermont Avenue.

The vehicle was traveling west on PCH when the driver struck a scooter rider and did not stop to call for help.

Police said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone who has witnessed the collision is highly urged to contact the authorities.
