Two people sustained serious injuries in a seven-vehicle collision on eastbound Interstate 10 near the Main Street on-ramp in Cabazon, Riverside County, on Thursday afternoon, September 18, 2025.
According to CAL FIRE, the crash was reported around 1:50 p.m. One vehicle rolled off the freeway, and all eastbound lanes were initially closed. By 2:40 p.m., the #1 lane had reopened while crews worked to clear the remaining lanes.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
