[01-10-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Man Killed After Collision Involving Semi on Pomona Fwy. in Montebello

A 26-year-old man was killed after a collision involving a sedan and a semi-trailer on the Pomona (60) Freeway at the North Garfield Avenue exit in Montebello early Saturday morning, January 10, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers were called to the eastbound freeway around 3:04 a.m., where they found that the victim had been traveling in a white sedan involved in the crash.

The Montebello Fire Department pronounced the man dead at the scene. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner later identified him as Aidan G. His city of residence was not immediately available.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
