How Hit-and-Run Accident Lawyers Can Help

Hit-and-run accidents involving off-road vehicles can leave several riders hurt at once, often far from immediate help. Passengers and others injured in these crashes may benefit from legal guidance to understand their rights and options.

Hit-and-run accident lawyers can help by reviewing CHP and sheriff’s reports, examining damage to the vehicles involved, and determining liability among all parties. They may also assist injured people in pursuing compensation for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and other damages where applicable.
