How Bicycle Accident Lawyers Can Help

Bicycle accidents can leave riders with serious injuries because they have little protection in a crash with a car or truck. Cyclists hurt in these collisions may benefit from legal guidance to understand their rights and the choices available to them.

Bicycle accident lawyers can help by obtaining CHP reports, speaking with witnesses, and examining damage to the bicycle and the vehicle to better understand how the crash occurred. They may also help injured cyclists pursue compensation for medical care, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages where applicable.
