[03-15-2024] Riverside County, CA – Driver Injured After Hit-And-Run Vehicle Collision In Palm Springs City

A driver suffered moderate injuries after a hit-and-run vehicle collision in Palm Springs on Friday night, March 15, 2024.

According to the Palm Springs Police, the collision happened around 11:30 pm near South Sunrise Way and Ramon Road.

Authorities stated that a white Acura crashed into the victim’s car and fled the accident scene before police arrived. After an investigation, they also found that the suspect ran into a hydrant. It remains unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.

The victim’s identity was not released until the next of kin was notified.
