[05-17-2023] Los Angeles County, CA – One Male Rider Killed After Motorcycle Vs. Vehicle Collision in Torrance

One male rider was killed after a collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in Torrance on Wednesday afternoon, May 17, 2023.

According to the Torrance Police Department, the collision occurred near Sepulveda Boulevard and Anza Avenue at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Officials said that a blue 2005 Suzuki motorcycle driven by an unidentified male was traveling westbound on Sepulveda near Anza when it collided with a white 1997 Mercury driven by an 83-year-old woman.

Authorities stated that the victim’s identity is currently unknown and that neither alcohol nor drugs played a role in the collision.
