[12-26-2021] Platte County, M.O – 11 People Physically Attacked by One Man at KC Walmart

At least 11 people were hurt after getting punched by a man at a local Walmart on Monday night, December 26, 2021.

The suspect was identified as 30-year-old Audrey M. R. the incident happened at around 6:42 p.m. at a Kansas City Walmart at 8551 N. Boardwalk Avenue.

The suspect reportedly hit 11 people inside the store for unclear reasons. One person lost a tooth, while ten others sustained minor injuries after getting struck multiple times.

The victim who lost a tooth said that he saw the suspect punching another man while walking between the toy and electronics aisles.

As soon as he noticed what was happening, he walked to the front of the store to investigate further. Reece was nowhere to be seen, so he thought that he had left the store when he observed other people staring at the front.

As a result, the victim fled to the store’s electronics and restrooms in the back. He noticed the suspect, and he was hit on the right side of the head. His right molar had been “chipped,” which left him bewildered and unable to speak.

The suspect was later taken into custody. Local authorities are further investigating the incident.
