Burlington County, New Jersey – Innocent Shopper Attacked By a Random Woman in Walmart

An innocent shopper was suddenly attacked by a random woman in the Garden Road Walmart in Burlington on November 22, 2020.

The victim was reportedly shopping when a random woman suddenly attacked her with a metal baseball bat for unclear reasons. The motive behind the attack has not been established. The victim claims that she has no relation to the suspect and has no idea why she was suddenly targeted.

Witnesses found the victim bleeding heavily and covered in blood. She was badly beaten. Bystanders and Walmart employees rushed to aid the victim.

Local authorities later identified the suspect as 31-year-old Candice C. She was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
