[10-05-2021] San Francisco County, CA – Motorcycle Accident on Evans Avenue and Napoleon Street Injures One Person

One unidentified person was seriously hurt after a motorcycle crash in the Bayview neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon, October 5.

The collision happened at approximately 12:22 p.m. in the area of Evans Avenue and Napoleon Street in the Bayview neighborhood.

A motorcycle and a commercial vehicle were involved in the collision. The circumstances leading up to the accident have not been established.

The motorcycle rider sustained life-threatening injuries and was immediately taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the commercial vehicle driver was uninjured in the mishap and remained at the scene to cooperate with authorities.

It’s unclear whether drugs or alcohol were factors in the collision. Local authorities are further investigating the cause of the accident.
