[03-11-2025] Bicyclist Killed in Crash on Highway 395 Near Luna Road in VictorvilleAn adult male bicyclist was fatally struck by a vehicle on Highway 395 near Luna Road in Victorville on Tuesday night, March 11, 2025.

According to the Victorville Police Department, the crash occurred around 8:56 p.m. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found a severely damaged bicycle and the bicyclist, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

A silver 1996 Honda Odyssey was observed at the crash site with significant front-end damage, including a shattered windshield. Officials reported that the bicyclist was crossing Highway 395 when he was struck by the northbound vehicle.

All northbound lanes of Highway 395 were temporarily closed for investigation. The driver of the Honda remained at the scene and fully cooperated with authorities.

The identity of the deceased has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.

The Victorville Police Department is leading the investigation.
