[08-09-2025] San Bernardino County, CA โ€“ Bicyclist Critically Injured After Collision with Minivan in Victorville

A male bicyclist was critically injured after crashing into a minivan in Old Town Victorville late Saturday night, August 9, 2025.

According to preliminary information, the incident occurred around 11:29 p.m. at the intersection of D Street and Sixth Street.

Authorities said the bicyclist collided with a gray 2013 Honda Odyssey minivan occupied by an adult female and a small child. The van appeared to have most of the damage on the passenger side.

Victorville City Fire personnel initially requested a helicopter to airlift the bicyclist to a trauma center, but the request was later canceled. The patient was transported by ground ambulance to St. Maryโ€™s Medical Center. No update on his condition was available.

The Victorville Police Department is handling the investigation.
