A pedestrian was killed after being struck in a crash in Marina on Monday night, June 16, 2025.
According to the Marina Police Department, officers responded around 11:00 p.m. and found the victim lying in the roadway on Reservation Road near MBEST Drive.
Life-saving efforts were initiated at the scene, but the victim was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Authorities believe the pedestrian may have been hit by a second vehicle.
Police said the initial driver remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation. DUI is not suspected.
The investigation is ongoing.
